This quilt class is to complete the 68″ Luminary quilt!

Finishing at 68″ square, Luminary Wall is perfect as a bold wall statement or a striking bed accent. For those who want to expand its brilliance, the quilt can grow to a generous 99″ square with the addition of a 242‑D Border of your choice, or you can purchase the Queen vcrsion of the pattern that already has that choice made for you.

You are welcome to use a queen size pattern or kit to participate in class.  If you need instruction for the queen size corners, you can choose to join in some FREE open sew zoom sessions to get any help you may need on October 13 and December 15, 2027 Wednesday evenings from 6pm – 10pm.

In class you will learn how to use template layout sheets, piece floating points, gentle curves, strip piecing, stacked seams and so much more!

When you purchase a seat in class, you will be sent a welcome email with a supply list.  Then 2 – 3 weeks prior to the first class day, you will recieve an email with a video to help you through the prepping process of getting your papers cut and sorted, and your fabric prepped prior to us getting together to sew the first stitch.  After each class day you will recieve more video tutorials of everything we covered in class – in the event you may have to miss class, or you want to work at a slower pace.  These videos have a great hands on view, and are available forever!

If you choose to come into our studio for a spot in class we have Janome machines available for you to use and all the tools you will need.  All you have to bring is your project and a smile!
