Spring Fling! Quiltworx Arctic Mixer class

Description

This Arctic Mixer class will teach you how to make 4 chosen units using the Quiltworx Foundation Paper Piecing method.  You will be able to color your Quilt in 11 fabrics of your choice, and then you can choose to assemble the diamonds in the center anyway you wish – making your own quilt unique!

We will also have a “pre-class” session via zoom on how to use Quiltster to design your own masterpiece. This session will happen in March, so that you have plenty of time to purchase your fabrics and get prepared for class in May!

The components chosen include different techniques – Floating Points, Wonky Flying Geese, Gentle Curves & 8 point centers that lay flat!  this quilt will finish to 68″, but you will have the option to add queen size corners to expand the size to 99″.

You will learn how to use Template Layout sheets to sort and cut your fabric, and you will get access to video tutorials for every technique we work on, so you can continue piecing the units with confidence on your own. Donna will support you to the very last stitch.
