Description
Bring in the spring with this fresh and colorful 74″ x 74″ quilt! Our Early Whirling Spring class is split into 5 half days between March and May so that it won’t interfere with your busy spring schedule – yet gives you the chance to come in for a little “me time” to get away from the craziness that spring brings!
A mosaic looking modern Maple Leaf quilt is put together with HST’s (half square triangles), chain pieced one quadrant at a time. You will learn how to chain together entire 9 square blocks for a less confusing assembly. During each of the first 4 classes we will put together a quarter of the quilt, then come together for one last class to learn how to quilt your finished project on a home machine!
Have you ever taken a full day class and gone home with an unfinished project that you never took out to work on again? This is a quilt you will actually finish during the 5 classes in our studio!
We’ll provide some snacks and water – you can bring any beverage of your choice. “Sip & Sew”!
