Medium quilt labels

Description

You send us the 8″ swatch of fabric, with a note that clearly spells out the quilter’s name, the date and location the quilt was made, “Quilt Name” (or pattern name) and up to 2 more lines of text and we do the rest!  If you have specific colors for thread in mind, you can also put that on the note when you send the swatch.  We will ship the label back to you for FREE! (in the contiguous US only)
