Description
This innovative project is fast-paced and straightforward, featuring just one foundation block that allows you to master essential cutting techniques without feeling overwhelmed. It is designed to use a jelly roll strip set, so the prep work is pretty simple.
In class you will learn how to use templates to cut fabric, and how to use the Quiltworx method to piece the units. Designed as a “beginner friendly” project, the pattern can go together into just 4 blocks, 6 blocks, 9 blocks – or finish using all the papers and make this into a queen size 99″ quilt! Only 1 day of class is needed to get all the instruction you need to finish the quilt.
Our classroom is small but comfortable, so we will limit the in studio guests to just 3. However, we will open up the class to Zoom students as well – so we can share our experience across a wider range of quilters from all over the world!
When you sign up, you will be greeted by Certified Instructor Donna Viau via email, and given the supply list. Then about 3 weeks prior to the beginning of class, you will receive a video link that will walk you through the steps to prepare your pattern papers and fabric prior to the start of class. When class is finished you will recieve another video link covering all the tutorials we went over while working in class – so you can finish your project with confidence in your own time – with Donna right by your side.
