Pocket Compass pattern

Description

Pocket Compass is constructed using three sections: Group J is comprised of (8) center diamonds; Group G is a pieced border added to the center diamonds to make a 32″ square, and Group B is an outer border added to the quilt center to make the quilt 40″ square.

We added a 10″ printed border to our sample quilt to make the finished size 52″ square. You can play around with all kinds of printed borders – Nautical, Floral, Christmas, Halloween – just pick your border first, then choose coordinating fabrics for the center of the quilt for a fabulous wall hanging or baby quilt!
