Description

Foundation paper piecing is used to assemble the units required to make this quilt. Curved piecing is used to join the units after the foundation piecing is completed.  Template Layout Sheets are used to prepare your fabric, and you will learn how to piece floating points, applique, gentle curves and also what “TRP” lines are all about and how to use them to successfully piece those curves. This little quilt will go together like a breeze!

Poinsettia is 30″ round and called a table topper, but it doesn’t have to be!  This could also be used as a small tree skirt for those who have tiny or tall and skinny trees! You can also finish this little quilt in a 30″ square format. It would also look great on a summer picnic table. The sky’s the limit when you choose your colors!

You must have the pattern and fabric prepared prior to class.  Video links will be sent to you once you have signed up, so help you with the prep work required.  The pattern is available at Quiltworx.com, and the replacement papers are available right here Poinsettia Replacement Papers
