This is a “sleepy Sunday” class. You get to sleep late and take your time coming to class!
Our Think Out of the Box is a 3D “beginner friendly” wall hanging quilt. This entire quilt is made from equilateral (60o) triangles and no “Y” seams. Once you learn the technique to throwing this one together, you’ll be making it bigger and bigger! It’s contagious!
All of the prep work for this quilt is simple strip piecing. The magic happens when you come to class and start to cut your triangles. We have special rulers available to use in class. If you would like to purchase one ahead of time for your own use at home, it is called a “60o triangle” ruler and you can find them online or at your local quilt shop.
We’ll have some snacks to keep you going – but everyone is welcome to bring a lunch.
When you purchase a seat in the class, you will be able to download a “supply list” so that you can come to class just ready to sew! The pattern will be available for free in class!
