Description
This cute little 42″ quilt can be made in a day (or at least a weekend! LOL) We will explore using printed border fabric to increase the size of this quilt to 54″ x 54″ so it can be more than just a wall hanging. You’ll be able to cuddle up on the couch with this little beauty.
We will cut papers and sort them, then learn how to use Template Layout Sheets to cut fabric. We will piece floating points and gentle curves – and learn how to miter the border corners – all in one day!
There will be some light snacks and beverages provided by us, and you are welcome to bring your own lunch or order out when you purchase a seat in our studio.
Our sample quilt is bordered with the stunning Jason Yenter butterfly border, but you can choose any border for your quilt to suit your needs. Have fun with it!
